Information we use

8digit Creative LLC operates Planner for content planning, collaboration and manual publishing. We process account identity, verified email addresses, password hashes when email sign-in is used, workspace membership, uploaded media, captions, comments, approvals, notification preferences and service usage to provide the service. Access depends on workspace membership, assigned brands and granted permissions. Opening a post is not approval.

Payments and review access

Stripe processes payment information. Planner stores billing references and service status. Reviewers receive access only to explicitly shared posts or granted review weeks; review access does not include the media library or original-file downloads. Media displayed on a device can still be copied or recorded by its user.

Service providers

We use Google for sign-in and Gmail for service email through our existing n8n workflow; DigitalOcean hosts the application and database; Cloudflare R2 stores original media and Cloudflare Stream processes and delivers video playback. Stripe handles checkout, subscriptions and payment methods. These providers process information needed for their respective functions. This notice does not promise that all information remains in a single country or region.

Cookies and preferences

Planner uses a necessary sign-in session cookie and a temporary authentication cookie. Browser storage also remembers preferences such as your theme, calendar view and selected brand, with session storage for navigation state. Signing out or clearing browser data may remove some local preferences; it does not delete your workspace from our servers.

Privacy requests

Workspace Owners determine access to their workspace content. For a privacy request, correction, account closure or a question about access, contact franco@8digitcreative.com. We verify identity and authority before releasing or changing account information. Contacting support does not automatically give the operator access to private client content. Avoid including passwords, full payment card details or unrelated client material in your request.

Retention

After service ends, content remains available under the read-only and retention periods described in the service terms. Content scheduled for deletion is removed through a controlled deletion process. Backup copies expire under the backup schedule; deletion is not instantaneous across backups. Billing references, invoices, payment events and purchase consent are retained separately for accounting, payment disputes and applicable legal obligations. They are not deleted on the fourteen-day content schedule. Contact us to request deletion or information about a specific record; we will explain any records that must be retained.
