Using Planner
Planner supports planning, collaboration and manual publishing. It does not automatically publish to social networks. Workspace Owners manage subscriptions and access. Creating or joining a workspace does not itself begin a paid subscription.
Trial and monthly plans
A Business trial lasts three days from checkout completion and requires a card and explicit consent to automatic renewal. The checkout states the exact end time and selected monthly plan. Monthly base prices are Personal USD 29, Pro USD 59 and Business USD 119. An additional brand costs USD 25 per month and an additional internal seat costs USD 10 per month. Trial eligibility is limited per account identity. Technical allowances are shown in the applicable plan catalog.
Additional capacity
Additional brands and seats are available on Business. An additional brand includes one internal seat, 25 GB of storage and 50 minutes of new video per monthly cycle. A separate additional seat does not add media capacity. Storage includes retained originals and versions and does not reset monthly; video allowance covers new accepted video duration, not minutes watched. Reusing an existing asset does not purchase additional capacity or duplicate its consumption. We do not automatically bill for unpurchased overages.
Changes and cancellation
Capacity increases require confirmation of the quoted prorated charge and take effect after payment is confirmed. Reductions take effect at the next billing cycle. Owners choose the brands and members that remain active when required. Plan changes do not erase previously consumed resources or content. Canceling renewal preserves service through its stated end time.
Service ending
An unpaid renewal has a 48-hour grace period. After service ends, content is read-only for seven days, then retained without ordinary access until day fourteen after service ends, when deletion becomes eligible. Export availability follows the service state and permissions. Reactivation cannot recover content after irreversible deletion has begun.
Refunds and billing errors
Monthly fees pay for the full billing period. Canceling automatic renewal does not issue a refund or credit for unused time; access continues until the stated service end date. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds. If you believe you purchased the wrong plan or were billed incorrectly, contact franco@8digitcreative.com for an individual review. A request does not guarantee a refund, credit or immediate plan change. This policy does not limit rights required by applicable law.
Your content
You retain your rights in content you upload. You must have permission to upload it and grant access to collaborators. You authorize 8digit Creative LLC and its service providers to store, process, reproduce and deliver that content as necessary to operate Planner, including video processing and authorized exports. This permission does not grant ownership of your content or permission to publish it as our marketing material.
Acceptable use
Do not use Planner to distribute unlawful content, infringe others' rights, bypass workspace permissions, compromise systems or interfere with the service. We may restrict access necessary to address abuse or a security incident. Contact support to discuss a restriction or report a suspected rights violation, identifying the affected workspace or material without sending account secrets.
Availability and backups
Keep copies of important original files outside Planner. Database backups do not provide recovery of original media you delete. Export links are temporary and access depends on your permissions and service state. Availability can be affected by maintenance, network conditions and external providers; no guaranteed response time, uninterrupted availability or service-level agreement is offered.
Currency and taxes
Prices and charges are presented in USD. Review the amount and renewal terms before confirming a purchase. The absence of a tax line on a checkout is not a statement that a customer or transaction is tax-exempt.
